We are a team of 15 people who arrange flowers in Church on a weekly basis on a rota system. At Church festival times our numbers increase and we arrange extra flowers, often to depict the theme of the services being held.
We make sure there are always flowers in Church except for Lent and Advent when for religious reasons the Church is unadorned.
We arrange flowers for weddings, funerals and the special services held by the Bishop of Derby at St Oswald’s.
We always welcome new members to our group and no experience is needed - only a love of flowers.
